We are mothers, stepmothers, and female legal guardians who have children serving in the military, guard or reserves; or children who are veterans.

We are mothers who currently have or had children serving in the United States Military. We are a nonprofit (501[c]3 service organization supporting our troops and military families. Blue Star Mothers of America is a national organization with over 6,000 members and over 200 chapters. We have representation in each state, with some states having several chapters. The state of Massachusetts is currently home to 3 chapters of Blue Star Mothers. Our chapter was chartered in July of 2006 and was the first chapter in Massachusetts. We are located in North Central Massachusetts. Chapter 2 operates from the South Shore and Chapter 3 is in Worcester. We welcome fathers, family and friends of the military as associate members, We are a non-partisan, non-political, non-sectarian organization. We do not support any political candidate nor do we endorse any religious organization.
